Role Overview

The Property Sales Representative will be responsible for managing property sales and fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients find their perfect property. This role demands immediate and flexible responsiveness, exceptional tenant interaction, and hands-on problem-solving. You'll ensure properties are occupied and tenants are satisfied!

Key Responsibilities

Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market analysis.

Stay informed about industry trends and local market developments.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Key & Lease Management: Maintain and optimize secure systems for property access, key tracking, and lease documentation

Rapid response to emergencies, viewings, and tenant requests (includes nights/weekends; scheduled on-call rotation).

Log all tasks in Excel/Word-- sales reports, inspection summaries, and tenant communications.

Conduct professional viewings, move-in/out inspections, and act as the primary point of contact for tenant queries.

Resolve issues like bulb/lock replacements, toilet unblocking, and basic electrical diagnostics (escalate complex faults).

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Property Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.

A Valid Drivers License.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
