Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and energetic
Property Runner
to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play an important part in ensuring our properties are guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities
Pack and deliver welcome packs to properties before guest arrivals Deliver last-minute linen and other essentials as required Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and functionality Travel safely and efficiently between properties (company vehicle provided) Report maintenance needs or issues to the property management team
Requirements
Valid driver's license (vehicle provided) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, packing, etc.) Excellent communication skills Previous experience in hospitality or property management is an advantage
