Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve client queries via email and internal systems.
Coordinate and facilitate Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
Liaise with insurance brokers for renewals, claims, and compliance.
Ensure timely preparation and approval of audited financial statements.
Update and register conduct and management rules with the ombudsman.
Maintain statutory records, scheme databases, and filing systems.
