Property Manager (sectional Title)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve client queries via email and internal systems.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
  • Liaise with insurance brokers for renewals, claims, and compliance.
  • Ensure timely preparation and approval of audited financial statements.
  • Update and register conduct and management rules with the ombudsman.
  • Maintain statutory records, scheme databases, and filing systems.

Minimum Requirements
Education:
  • Matric (Compulsory)
  • Diploma in Property Management (Required)
  • Additional training in sectional title and HOA management (Advantageous)
Experience:
  • 1-3 years in residential or estate property management
  • Experience with reputable property management firms preferred
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in WeconnectU and Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of the Sectional Titles Management Act (STMA), MOIs, and constitutions
Advantageous Qualifications
  • Paddocks courses in body corporate and HOA management
  • Legal training in property governance and compliance
