Our client, a UK based Estate Agency, is currently in a phase of Company Expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and operational support and assistance to their team, contributing to the delivery of outstanding service to their valued clients. This role encompasses a wide range of tasks, requiring meticulous co-ordination and communication across multiple departments. Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing communication channels, scheduling appointments, email merging, letter drafting etc.
  • Inspections and Assessments: Carrying out tasks and actions identified during regular inspections and assessments. Co-ordinating with relevant third-party contractors to ensure timely resolution of identified issues and following up to ensure completion.
  • Project Co-ordination: Assisting the property management team in organizing and coordinating various projects and tasks. Supporting job progress tracking, report preparation, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Preparing documents, contracts, and reports as needed. Ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all written communications.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Assisting with ad-hoc assignments and performing other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Property Administrator or in a similar role within the property management field.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of property management regulations, compliance, and best practices.
  • Proactive and adaptable attitude, willing to take initiative and contribute to team success.

Hardware requirements:
  • Possess a computer or laptop with Windows Pro 10 and a minimum i5 processor.
  • Provide headphones for use with our client's phone system.
  • Ensure that you have antivirus software installed.
  • Maintain a UPS/Backup Battery for power outages.
Experience:
  • Property Management: 2 years (Required)
  • Real Estate Agency: 2 years (Required)
Job Type: Full-time Salary: R14,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
