Guesthouse & Property Manager - Constantia, WC**It is essential that applicants have their own car, are happy to work over hours and weekends. applicants must have experience of more than 2 years in the hospitality industry**We are looking for a driven individual to manage our guesthouse as well as manage our property and overlook the small cafe/restaurant on site.The guesthouse & cafe is a small family run establishment. Our ideal candidate is creative, driven, and dedicated to the vision and growth of the business. They are detail orientated. Extremely organised and productive. We need someone who takes a task and runs with it, getting things done without micromanagement.Key responsibilities include but not limited to.Managing staffAdvertising - social mediaproperty upkeep & maintenanceIncreasing turnoverReservations (Knowledge of Nightsbridge, Booking.com and other channels necessary)Guest LiasonBooking Guest Tours/RestaurantsEnsuring high Housekeeping standards throughoutOverseeing Breakfast runningBuying and Keeping stockOverseeing cafeProject management & assistanceMust be able to work every second weekend.Please send CV, recent pic and salary expectation.Please do not apply if you do not have the relevant experienceJob Type: Full-timeSalary: R15,000.00 - R30,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Constantia, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Hospitality: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Driving License (Preferred)
