In order to keep up with their ongoing growth, they are on the hunt for a champion in the Commercial and Industrial Property Management space.
To this end, the incoming Property Manager will be required to:
- Draft/negotiate leases.
- Handle handovers of rental units.
- Take charge of monthly billing and recoveries.
- Manage tenant relations.
- Oversee maintenance of property under management.
