Responsibilities &



Manage all administrative and financial records.

Process and maintain accurate financial bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and payable, money statements including invoices and receipts and, daily and monthly cash flow reporting. Prepare reports to management, landlords, tax accountants and business partners. Process invoices, payments and overdue accounts. Ensure all information (including receipts/invoices/emails) are captured to Xero to evidence transactions and are saved to the appropriate OneDrive property file. Reconcile stipends received to ensure; they are paid to third party energy providers, the monthly amounts charged cover quarterly/annual expenditure and, if not then, stipends are increased to cover balance deficits and expected expenditure. Handle diaries/schedules, respond to emails and monitor all email inboxes. Create and post listings on Property24/Rightmove/OpenRent as well as process all incoming tenant enquiries. Ensure tenants progress swiftly through all steps in the Tenancy Application Process and the Tenancy Ending Process. Compile and maintain a list of leases in advance of them ending and arrange renewals. Act as a point of contact for and co-ordinate maintenance between tenants and contractors. Monitor and assist management to ensure all property, ownership and lease-related certifications and communications are compliant, timely and signed off in regards to deposit schemes, gas safety records, electrical inspections, energy performance, identity and rights. Follow UK property law and ethics, assist management to comply with all relevant legislation and to adhere to the Codes Of Practice issued by The Property Ombudsman. Any other duties required by the company from time to time as instructed by management.

Pay: R100,00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
