Job Description
Requirements:
2-3 years external sales experience (Finance / Insurance / Bonds)
Hunter personality (Bubbly with vibrance)
proven outbound sales success and achievements
Stable employment history (Min 2 years per role)
Must be commission earners (20K + comm monthly)
Must reside in and understand their areas
Must be crim clear
Package Details
- Basic Salary: R15,000
- Settling-In Allowance:
- R10,000 (Months 13)
- R6,000 (Month 4)
- R4,000 (Month 5)
- R3,000 (Month 6)
- Commission: 0.3% average on deals closed (minimum monthly target: 2.5 million thereafter you earn commission)
- Opportunity to grow into Senior and Executive Consultant roles with higher base and commission structures.
