Property Development And Valuations Associate
Job Description
Job Summary This person will be responsible for post-investment monitoring of financial performance and compliance, minimising impairments of investments, compiling and presenting investment appraisal reports, and conducting investee companies and property site visits. Minimum requirements for the role are: BCom/BSc (Hons) in Commerce, Finance, Property Studies-related or any other related commerce and finance degree. CA (SA), CFA or Masters degree would be an advantage. 4 - 5 years in post-investment management, report writing and presentation skills. 4 years working experience, with an exposure to Commercial Property or other Investments. Knowledge of Credit Risk Assessment. Knowledge of Financial Analysis and Interpretation. Experience in Financial Modelling. Investment Management, Private Equity, Banking or Financial Institutional experiences is extremely favourable.
