A well-established South African real estate agency specializing in industrial, commercial and investment properties is looking for a Property Broker to join their team
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients
- Generating leads and meeting sales goals
- Advising clients on market conditions and prices
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Staying up-to-date with real estate market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work well in a team
- Valid driver's license and own transport
- Relevant certification or willingness to obtain
