REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 yearsa?? experience in property maintenance or a related role
  • Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance processes, and compliance standards
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in property management systems and relevant software tools
A
DUTIES
  • Manage lease renewals and conduct rental negotiations
  • Assign, track, and oversee maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Supervise daily operations of Property & Facility Coordinators, maintenance staff, and cleaning teams
  • Ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to required standards
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of work delivered by service providers and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities and tasks
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager on budget planning and vendor management
  • Track and manage inventory usage and movements across properties
  • Monitor and follow up on Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules to ensure compliance and timely executionA
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
