Key Responsibilities
1. Tenant Administration
Load and update tenant information on PIMS & Rise systems.
Manage tenant statements, receipts, interest, meter readings, and manual billings.
Finalize vacated tenant accounts and process refunds.
Handle debit orders, reconciliations, and tenant turnover.
2. Lease Administration
Conduct credit checks and FICA compliance.
Prepare Lease Input Summaries and update lease registers.
Coordinate with the leasing department and manage municipal/rates increases.
3. Arrear Management
Follow up on outstanding payments and update arrears reports.
Adhere to company arrears collection procedures.
Liaise with legal credit controllers and utilize TPN services.
4. Property Administration
Maintain property and unit data on internal systems.
Notify utility companies of tenant changes and manage accruals.
Maintain parking schedules, access control, and municipal invoice processing.
Compile monthly management reports and perform account reconciliations.
