We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator with over 5 years of experience in the property industry to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in processing applications for our unique property solutions services and will receive a basic salary plus a commission.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, focusing on processing a high volume of applications for property solutions. Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows and improve overall efficiency. Maintain accurate records of clients and potential clients, including all relevant documentation for structured property transactions. Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring all required information is collected and processed accurately.

What We Are Looking For:



Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the property or real estate sector. A clear understanding of the financial aspects of a property transaction, financial documentation, and the unique services offered by Real Estate Assist. Strong proficiency in administrative software and tools, including Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, TPN, and Lightstone. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Bilingual (Afrikaans and English); additional languages are an advantage. Computer literacy is crucial; the ability to efficiently adapt to systems, procedures, and any related technology or software used by the team.

Minimum Requirements:



Reliable motor vehicle. Internet access at home for remote workdays Passion for the real estate industry and a drive to make a positive impact.
