Job Description
Hire Resolve's client, a leading engineering company, is seeking a highly skilled Projects Superintendent to join their team in Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee various projects from start to finish
- Manage project teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary
- Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
- Prepare project reports and documentation
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Relevant degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar position
- Government Certificate of Competency
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and practices
