Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To manage the safe and efficient execution of the Capital Investment Portfolio and other Continuous Improvement Projects from start to finish. To support and assist with Legal compliance relating to the OHS Act for the MFC Works.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- 6 yearsxe2x80x99 relevant experience, preferably 2 yearsxe2x80x99 managerial experience in a large manufacturing environment
- Government Certificate of Competency (Factories)
- Advanced Project Management
- Maintenance Management (preferential)
Skills:
- MS Office with superior MS Excel skills
- Systems (IMS, EBMS, SAP, COUPA, MES)
- Possess machine learning and development capabilities
- Excellent project management skills
- Advanced project management skills of large capital projects
- Proven understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices
