Coordination and management of various administrative/business support activities (Policies, systems, reporting, Documentation, and records, etc.) within an Electrical Infrastructure EPC organisation.
Ensure and enable the smooth, healthy, and stable flow of business activities.
Devise the work process optimization plan according to the specific needs of the company, and implement the plan.
Supervise the implementation and maintenance of the ISO system.
Supervise the reporting of the companyxe2x80x99s performance indicators.
Prepare, track and present the performance in the form of reports, presentations and dashboards.
Provision of the companyxe2x80x99s business support services
Minimum Requirements.
Business management/administration qualification or
Engineering qualification with strong business support management experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, business support management within the Engineering Construction industry
Knowledge and experience with ISO requirements
Knowledge and experience with industry-related laws and regulations
Knowledge and experience with policies and business processes within the EPC space is an advantage
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Able to facilitate and support the growth of team members
Analytical thinking
Proficiency in MS Office and other related programs
