Department:

You will be part of the Order Execution Team, reporting to the head of projects.

You will provide sustainable solutions to deliver on sales commitments, in line with company policies, procedures and guidelines. By joining this team, you will have a chance to work in an international environment involving different cultures and challenges.

Role Purpose:

Scheduling, Coordination and Expediting all activities for the end-to-end (order-to-cash) order execution process of Handling Order typologies of Capital Sales Execution, Retrofits & Upgrades and Services; with varying role depending on the type of the order. This must be done in line with company policies, procedures and guidelines (best practices), and with compliance to client specifications and requirements; by following good industry practice and internal specifications, to ensure that customer requirements are being carried out timeously and in a professional manner.

Your responsibilities:

Area of responsibility will include but not be limited to all aspects of Project Planning associated with execution of customer orders/contracts, from acceptance of Sales hand-over, up to final payment received and job close-out.

Customer satisfaction: Prompt, regular, accurate, timeous, and professional reporting to customers

Quality of work - adhere to requirements of SOP's.

On-Time completion (DIFOT): Ensure work is executed within contractual period.

Margin preservation: Coordinate activities to eliminate delays, standing time and associated penalties and additional costs.

Productivity/growth - collaboration with all entities to improve FLS efficiency/productivity and promote FLS offerings to customers through job execution.

What you bring:

Relevant planning and scheduling qualification/certification.

5 years project execution planning and scheduling experience in mining project execution and/or fabrication environment.

Previous experience with FLSmidth project planning will be an advantage.

The successful candidate/s must have a personality to suit the requirements of the job, e.g., must be able to work under pressure, maintain excellent customer relations, as well as relations with colleagues.

Specific knowledge of the following software is required:

Microsoft Office.

MS Office Suite, and specifically Excel for planning & scheduling purposes.

Deep and broad knowledge of technical and production processes, materials, and quality standards

Relevant experience in heavy engineering manufacturing processes with exposure (on site experience).

Experience with Liquid solid separation, Milling, Crushing and Materials handling as well as Operation / maintenance / troubleshooting of mine hoists and related equipment projects will be advantageous.
