Our client has an opening for a fully remote, permanent Project Manager position in the Information Technology Sector. They are a rapidly growing small company with enterprise accounting and business intelligence applications in a specialised market segment. The working environment is open and thrives on people who are willing to take up challenges and run with projects. The main purpose of the Project Manager is to manage projects by leading, planning, organizing and controlling resources, in order to deliver the project scope, in accordance with the specifications, on time and within budget. The candidate will be required to always fulfil and uphold the company values of personalized and high quality service. It is essential for this role that the candidate has permanent strong and reliable wifi. The ideal candidate will need to have the following skills and experience: * Good interpersonal and communication skills. * A logical thinker. * A problem solver who can work well under pressure. * A quick and fast worker showing attention to detail. * Excellent English writing and grammar skills. * Good understanding of, and experience working with MS Excel. * A general understanding of the IT industry. * Strong organizational skills. * Assertiveness xe2x80x93 having the confidence to speak up where and when appropriate and seek clarification where required. * Self-discipline is key as remote working is required. * High resilience and agility, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage delivery deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * The ability to motivate people and drive the processes. * Proactive approach. * The ability to foresee potential problems and rapidly react to avoid them. * An eagerness to learn and keep growing. Experience that will be advantageous for this role: * Previous experience in project management. * A relevant Project Management Certification / PMI certification will be an advantage. Proven hands-on experience in managing medium to large projects. Job Type: Full-time Salary: R40,000.00 - R55,000.00 per month Education:
