Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage project execution on-site.
- Supervise rigging operations and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Site Manager, or Superintendent in petrochemical, industrial, or rigging projects.
- Strong knowledge of rigging operations and project management practices.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
