Our well established client is currently looking for a looking for a dynamic Construction Project Manager to join their team.The person will need to be in Ulundi or willing to relocate to UlundiIf you meet all the requirements below please apply. Minimum qualification, skills, and experience:BSc / BTech in Civil Engineering3 years Professional Registered with SACPCMP10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Construction ManagementStrong supervision and management skillsExcellent in site/project administration, sub-contractorsxe2x80x99 relation and management.Proficient in MS projects, MS OfficeGood client relations.Tracking of master program and reporting on the program.Excellent planning skills xe2x80x93 procurement, subcontractors, etcGood labour relations and managementHandle routine contract administration including enforcing site Health and Safety requirements.Must have a driving licence and driving experience, own vehicle will be an added advantage.
