About the Role
We are rolling out a complex, donor-funded training programme in 2026 and are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can manage delivery and actively support implementation, not just oversee tasks.
This project involves the training of learners across South Africa who will be trained remotely and attend a short workplace internship. The project has tight timeline, multiple stakeholders and strict funder reporting requirements.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, and who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves when things get busy.
The project runs from February to July. If delivery is successful, the project may be repeated and rolled out across Africa.
