Project Manager (training & Development)
Job Description
We need a highly organized project manager to oversee the design and implementation of a simulated orientation programme. You'll manage timelines, deliverables, and team coordination while ensuring project milestones are met for submission to a public entity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead coordination of instructional designers, SMEs, multimedia teams
Track progress, update clients, and manage deliverables
Develop and monitor detailed project plans (blueprint to pilot to digitization)
Ensure all outputs are SALGA-compliant
Requirements:
5+ years of project management experience (especially training or eLearning)
Experience in public sector projects highly advantageous
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Familiar with project tools (Asana, MS Project, or Trello)
