About the role
------------------
We are looking for an Intermediate Project Manager to join our growing web development team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys seeing digital projects come to life from concept to completion.
While prior web development experience is an advantage, it is not essential. What matters most is your ability to manage people, processes, and timelines with precision and accountability.

Fast-paced Learner: able to quickly absorb, apply, and iterate new information in dynamic environments.

Manage the end-to-end delivery of web development and software implementation projects.
Coordinate across internal teams (design, development, SEO, content, and others) to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations, deliverables, and feedback are clearly managed.
Track progress against milestones, budgets, and KPIs using project management tools and reporting metrics.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
Identify and escalate risks or issues early to ensure smooth execution.
Support the Head of Operations in process improvement and client communication initiatives.
Attributes & Requirements
------------------------------
3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager (experience in digital, software, or creative industries preferred).
Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
South African citizenship or permanent residency required.
Education

Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) advantageous.
