Job Description
The project manager in MCS IT Operations will be:
Responsible for the implementation of project management strategies for non-customer-facing projects, aligning with the business objectives of the IT Operations team. Responsible for the development of internal project plans and monitoring project progress. Oversee the implementation of new platforms such as the BSS and other internal IT and operations platforms such as SNOW. Serves as the central point of coordination for post-implementation activities, ensuring that internal project deliverables are met on time and within scope. * Interfaces with PM functions in MTN Group, OPCO's and rest of MCS to ensure seamless alignment between IT Operations project goals
