The Project Manager will lead and support the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives across the organisation. This role is responsible for driving the execution of approved projects, ensuring operational readiness, and embedding updated processes into the business. The focus is on end-to-end delivery of initiatives and ensuring successful adoption across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Project Management
Lead full project lifecycle delivery for assigned initiatives, ensuring timely implementation and successful outcomes.
Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource plans.
Drive cross-functional alignment across the business.
Maintain strong project governance, including scope, timing, risk, and communication management.
Provide regular status reporting and support SteerCo and executive updates.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure issues are promptly escalated and resolved.
Coordinate and support change rollouts, ensuring readiness and adoption.

Operational Implementation & Process Enablement
Support operational teams in embedding new processes, systems, or standards.
Document operating procedures and ensure alignment to updated ways of working.
Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and executable.
Coordinate training, communications, and handover to business owners.
Track post-implementation effectiveness to ensure project objectives are met.

Governance & Administration
Maintain project plans, status reports, and key documentation.
Align with PMO frameworks and reporting standards.
Support lessons-learned reviews to enhance future delivery
Minimum Requirements
#
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field.
Formal project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent) preferred.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' project management experience (QSR, retail, FMCG, or similar fast-paced environment beneficial).
Proven track record delivering operational and/or technology-enabled projects.
Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions.
Strong governance and reporting experience.

Solid project delivery and coordination capability.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Good understanding of practical execution realities in a multi-site/fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
