:

• Community based development project profiling and engagement of affected communities.
• Community mobilisation and empowerment on matters related to community land claims.
• Championing of sustainable community partnership models for community based commercial ventures
• Advice to the company and sister public entities on community dynamics where government has interest for development of some kind.
• Prepare communities for development initiatives institute community conflict preventative measures and models
• Unlocking development where economic projects are derailed by community dynamics
• Provide interface between the company and communities through Chiefs and Traditional Leaders.
• Prepare and profile community based projects for government assistance, funding mobilisation and and general government support
• Assist Identify communities that can qualify as partners in our quest for development.
• Facilitate for feasibility studies where required.
• Identify and pursue potential co-founders to the company including relevant Local Municipalities.
• Formulate expression of interest and call for private sector investments on identified projects.
• Facilitate the holding of the Eastern Cape land summit intended at sharing best practice and solutions for land related commercial community partnerships

• Diploma in Development Studies/Arts/Commerce with a minimum of 10 years working experience of which 3 years should be in community related field, sales and marketing, or stakeholder management.
• Experience in engaging communities, facilitating social benefit or community projects will be an added advantage
