Job Summary Our awesome client is looking for a Project Management Office Administrator to plays a pivotal role in supporting and facilitating the efficient operation of the Project Management Office (PMO). This involves maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to established project management processes and governance. By providing essential administrative and coordination support to project managers and sales team, the Project Office Administrator contributes significantly to successful project delivery and enhances overall project management capabilities. Additionally, the role involves managing and supporting the sales process, including invoicing and contracts, further contributing to the smooth execution of projects, and ensuring a streamlined business workflow. Requirements: Matric Certificate in office administration or Project management training course NQF Level 4 5 years' experience in supporting a project office and sales team within the professional services industry. Proven exposure to project governance and a comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle.
