Job Description
Specific Reference to the contractual liability of our construction contracts and to ensure any disputes, Notifications, Non-conformances and Claims that may arise during the construction phase is dealt with and communicated contractually. Effective management of All Subcontractors with regards to Quality of Workmanship and contractual obligations relevant to program dates and execution of work as set-out in the signed Subcontractor Agreement.
Grade 12
Degree or Diploma in Construction Management
SHE management
OHS act
Construction regulations
Between 5 - 7 Years
