PROJECT MANAGER
Location: Johannesburg
Our client in Johannesburg is looking for Project Managers to join their team.
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all customer project implementations are delivered within the committed time frames. The role involves facilitating and driving all end-to-end activities required for the successful delivery of projects. The incumbent will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders including Internal Sales, Suppliers, Customers, Support, and the Installations Team.
Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement projects according to set budgets from both the business and client sides.
• Coordinate with all team members involved in each project, ensuring tasks are completed from initiation to completion.
• Supervise and monitor project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality work aligned with project objectives and client expectations.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and clients regarding project progress.
• Ensure all project information is accurately and consistently updated on relevant platforms on a daily basis.
• Enforce adherence to project workflows including stock allocation, returns, job cards, test results, billing, etc.
• Guide and ensure subordinate compliance with all project-related instructions and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Matric.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Operations and/or Project Management.
• Experience in a Telecommunications environment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
