Our client in the digital learning and gaming industry is currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Project Manager who has previously been in an administration role or has had strong project management experience in a creative agency and would like to expand their role into a different industry or have experience in learning or education project delivery and would like to expand into a more entrepreneurial dynamic role.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of a B-Degree or NQF Level 5 Project Management Qualification
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management or traffic role in a consulting or creative agency.

• Business Development Support

• Assist with pipeline management and weekly metrics with Managing Director
• Assist with collecting data and compiling proposals
• Update Company Profile documents for Supplier database
• Compile Statement of Work documents from secured proposals
• Schedule follow-up meetings and emails
• Client Onboarding

• Prepare all client onboarding documentation
• Assist Operations Director with project plans and inputting on Monday system
• Assist Operations Director with onboarding contractors on projects
• Take the lead on understanding clientxe2x80x99s procurement system, and following-up on all invoices and documentation required.
• Project and Traffic Management

• Management of contractors and staff timesheets and reporting weekly
• Assist with inputting project expenses, times for reporting
• Assist with workshop sessions in terms of documentation and rollout
• Financial Administration & Reporting

• Managing all staff and contractorsxe2x80x99 timesheets and expenses
• Weekly cashflow management
• Project profitability reporting
• Managing Freelancers

• Conducting onboarding and contracting
• Managing time and payments
• Debrief on project requirements

• R20 000 xe2x80x93 25 000 CTC (dependent on experience)
• In addition will support with set-up with home-office (hybrid)
