Job Summary Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Built Environment Professional with 8+ years post-registration experience 8+ years Public Sector Infrastructure Planning & Delivery with at least 3 years in Public Infrastructure Procurement environment Knowledge of CIDB Act, BUILD, IDMS, FIDPM, SIPDM, PFMA Knowledge of industry standard construction contracts eg JBCC, NEC, GCC, FIDIC The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Technical support in development of procurement documentation templates and work contracts Development of pro-forma templates for : tender documents CIDB, tender documents for procuring civil engineering works contracts, tender documents for procurement of build environment professionals Development of pro-forma advertisements and infrastructure procurement strategy, procurement plan templates Support in and coordination of annual procurement plans Development of BOQ items / specifications / descriptions / standard workflow processes to ensure full compliance to all legislative prescripts Development of SLAs, frameworks for on-boarding of candidates Support in quality assurance and non-infrastructure procurement Ongoing support to properties and infrastructure management services unit Salary: Negotiable Please email detailed CV and supporting documentation and salary requirements through to
