Job Description
Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:
- A relevant Engineering degree (BEng, BSc Eng, or equivalent)
- Excellent academic track record with results over >70% throughout secondary and tertiary studies.
- 2+ years of post-qualification experience in logistics, compliance, consulting, or project delivery is advantageous
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills - confident in client-facing interactions
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams
Client Engagement & Solution Development
- Take the lead on new project briefs and RFPs
- Collaborate with legal, research, and compliance teams to scope project feasibility
- Develop tailored commercial proposals and present implementation timelines
- Translate technical complexity into actionable, client-focused solutions
- Manage the end-to-end logistics and compliance of global shipments
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Maintain oversight through project handover or continue managing ongoing high-priority projects
- Drive continuous improvement in service models and operational execution
- Serve as a trusted advisor to international clients
- Host pre-compliance briefings and onboarding calls
- Act as the go-to person for escalations and high-stakes projects
- Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience
