• Qualified CA(SA) or Admitted Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
• A strong academic record is essential.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in compliance, logistics, consulting, or service delivery is advantageous
• Highly personable, adaptable, and confident in client interactions
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical ability
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex, high-value shipments
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Energetic, ambitious, and comfortable working across multiple teams
• Creative problem-solver with sound business acumen and a proactive approach

Client Engagement & Solution Development

• Lead the front end of new project requests and proposals (RFPs)
• Conduct in-depth compliance reviews in collaboration with research and legal stakeholders
• Design bespoke solutions and prepare commercial proposals tailored to each clients needs
• Present project timelines and manage the conversion from concept to active service

Project Management & Execution

• Oversee the import process for globally distributed projects, including clinical trial logistics
• Coordinate across multiple internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery
• Deliver project handovers to the operations team or maintain continued oversight post-launch
• Develop innovative, client-specific approaches to meet unique challenges

Client Relationship Management

• Cultivate and manage relationships with an international client base
• Host calls and briefings to guide clients through pre-compliance and onboarding
• Act as the point of contact for high-priority projects and exceptional cases
• Ensure a consistently high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.
