Job Description


We are looking for top academic Engineers (BEng/BSc or equivalent) with 2+ years in a fast-paced, analytical, and project-focused environment. Backgrounds in industrial, systems, mechanical, or electrical engineering will be advantageous.Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:

  • A relevant Engineering degree (BEng, BSc Eng, or equivalent)
  • Excellent academic track record with results over
70% throughout secondary and tertiary studies. * 2+ years of post-qualification experience in logistics, compliance, consulting, or project delivery is advantageous
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills confident in client-facing interactions
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams
Key Responsibilties:Client Engagement & Solution Development
  • Take the lead on new project briefs and RFPs
  • Collaborate with legal, research, and compliance teams to scope project feasibility
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals and present implementation timelines
  • Translate technical complexity into actionable, client-focused solutions
Project Management & Execution
  • Manage the end-to-end logistics and compliance of global shipments
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery
  • Maintain oversight through project handover or continue managing ongoing high-priority projects
  • Drive continuous improvement in service models and operational execution
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to international clients
  • Host pre-compliance briefings and onboarding calls
  • Act as the go-to person for escalations and high-stakes projects
  • Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience
