Main job function

Manage renewable projects from the initial business development phase through commercial operation by leading and executing the following activities from conceptual and preliminary design, all the way to project completion and handover to operations. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• PMI Certification
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years Engineering and Construction experience in Power Generation
• (Large Scale), Renewable Energy, or Large Industrial Engineering and Construction facilities.
• Ability to accept temporary construction management assignments,
• Regular driver's license required,
• Ability/flexibility to travel for short-term and long-term periods both domestically and internationally

Experience:

• Strong Knowledge of Construction & Supply Agreements (e.g. FIDIC)
• Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to mentor, direct and delegate to project team,
• Excellent organizational skills with ability manage and implement procedural changes,
• Project management practices and problem solving,
• Skilled in cash flow, financial modeling, taxes, and managing budgets,
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and cooperate effectively with
• multidisciplinary and multinational teams,
• Strong capability in conflict resolution,
• Advanced Knowledge MS Office, Outlook, Excel, MS Project and SAP
• Aptitude to switch to different technologies (wind, solar, geo, hydro and biomass)
• Excellent stress management and multicultural work environment management
• Ability to adjust the working hour in case of peak periods,
