Key Responsibilities:
a??i Lead full-cycle implementation of SAP or Syspro across finance and operational departments
a??i Collaborate across finance, IT, and plant leadership to align business and tech goals
a??i Manage cross-functional project teams and change management processes
a??i Ensure seamless integration of systems into manufacturing and operational workflows
Job Experience and Skills Required:
???? Education: (minimum), preferably with project management certifications
?? Experience: 5-8 years in a plant-based or manufacturing environment
??? i Systems: Must have strong implementation experience with SAP or Syspro
???? Project Management: Proven experience leading complex system rollouts across finance and ops
