Key Responsibilities:
?? Lead full-cycle implementation of SAP or Syspro across finance and operational departments
?? Collaborate across finance, IT, and plant leadership to align business and tech goals
?? Manage cross-functional project teams and change management processes
?? Ensure seamless integration of systems into manufacturing and operational workflows
Job Experience and Skills Required:
? Education: BCom (minimum), preferably with project management certifications
? Experience: 5-8 years in a plant-based or manufacturing environment
?? Systems: Must have strong implementation experience with SAP or Syspro
? Project Management: Proven experience leading complex system rollouts across finance and ops
