Duties and Responsibilities Obtain quotes and execute all aspects of campus projects (maintenance and new). Coordination and management of projects, contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff. Vetting of all contractors including subcontractors. Professional interaction with architects, quantity surveyors, engineers and other consultants. Control and maintain the high standard of service to the College. Compile specifications for all projects. Regular reporting and ad hoc reports. Budget control within each project including compilation, control, estimates, reports, quotes and payments.
