Job Description

To independently manage key strategic Human Capital Projects. Provide input of strategic professional and specialists Human Capital Services to executive management. Guide, advise and support executive and Senior Management in relation to project planning, management, monitoring,
evaluating.
This post reports to HEAD (HUMAN CAPITAL)
Key Responsibility Areas

  • Participate in project management processes by researching, coordinating, implementing and monitoring Human Capital projects.
  • Manager development of projects associated with conceptualizing, planning, development, implementation monitoring and evaluation of capital projects.
  • Planning and controlling the procurement management functions.
  • Plans and monitoring the capital budget estimates and monitor expenditure against budget allocation for projects.
  • Provides input into the development of policy and procedures and provide input on critical issues relating to Human Capital or service delivery.
  • Facilitate the training and development of project management processes.
  • Disseminate operational information of the immediate, short and long term objectives of the Unit.
  • Implements communication strategies for the Unit.
  • Manages and controls the key requirements associated with the implementation of provisions detailed in the Health and Safety act.

Essential Requirements
  • Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
  • Project Management Certificate.
  • Valid motor vehicle driving license
  • 5 Years relevant experience.
  • Computer Literacy.
Preferred Requirements
  • Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
  • 6 Years relevant experience.
