Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering and Project Management (PMP/Prince2).
- 5 years' experience in project management or a project lead role.
- Project management experience in electronic product design and development.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management (Waterfall/Agile/hybrid)
- Project management system knowledge (Sciforma/Jira/Monday.com/MS Projects/etc)
- Guide project initiation, feasibility studies, and drafting of project charters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning and implementation.
- Oversee verification and approval of external resources, subcontractors, and expenses.
- Collaborate with external contractors and development teams to achieve project goals.
