Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project execution plans for to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Work collaboratively with the Client and the team.
  • Manage and coordinate the integration of technical activities to enable the company to achieve its objectives.
  • Ensure projects deliverables comply with design standards, legal regulations, environmental standards, and necessary permits.
  • Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including governments, local communities, suppliers, contractors, and team members.
  • Ensure a quality service is delivered to clients.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards and performance objectives are met.
  • Oversee and report on the project's progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge in the energy and infrastructure field.
  • Ability to consult with others to develop the level of knowledge required for the role.
  • Utilises the company's knowledge network to adopt best practices in approach to work.
  • Have a good understanding of Construction of projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, construction management, project management, or a related field.
  • A master's degree can enhance qualifications.
  • Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), SACPCMP or Accredited Professional.
