We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Team Leader/Project Manager to oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of complex, integrated electronic security systems. The successful candidate will ensure project completion is on time, within budget, and meets all technical specifications, with a strong focus on Access Control and CCTV technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Management:
Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from design through to final commissioning and handover.* Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.* Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.*
Technical Oversight (Mandatory Focus):
Oversee and/or directly contribute to the design of integrated electronic Access Control systems and CCTV camera solutions.* Manage the installation and commissioning processes for these integrated systems, ensuring quality and functionality.* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance to the installation team.*
Team Management:
Supervise and mentor the project team and technical staff.* Ensure all team members are aware of project objectives, safety standards, and quality control procedures.*
Documentation & Compliance:
Manage project documentation, including design specifications, commissioning reports, and handover documents.* Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.*
Minimum Requirements (MANDATORY)
To be considered for this role, candidates MUST meet the following criteria:
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years' demonstrable experience in the design and/or managing installation and commissioning of integrated electronic Access Control systems and CCTV cameras.* Certification/Qualification: A recognized certificate or qualification in Project Management*
