Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Business Support Systems (BSS) to lead the planning and delivery of complex telecom projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, with a solid understanding of telecom processes such as billing, CRM, order management, and customer care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in telecom, with direct BSS involvement.
- Solid knowledge of BSS domains such as billing, CRM, product catalog, and provisioning.
- Proven track record managing software development, integration, or migration projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
