you will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, overseeing and managing of projects from conception to completion within time, budget, and the highest quality. This will entail both new stores and revamps within the group's portfolio.
Responsibilities :
Assist the Development team with all tasks required in the build of new Pedros stores, or the revamp & remodel of existing stores.
Liaise with Landlords, Franchise Partners, and Operations during store builds.
Plan and setup new store build from Pre Beneficial-Occupation until final completion.
Determine the scope of works for revamp stores.
Programme and scheduling of work by contractors, suppliers, and internal distribution to ensure timeous completion.
Ensure that stores are built as per plan and specification.
Tender out the project to approved suppliers.
Ensure budgets and feasibility is done and signed off.
Engage with new suppliers/contractors where required.
Ensure build work / workmanship is of acceptable quality.
Add creative ideas to the design and look and feel of stores to keep them up to date with latest contemporary trends.
Ensure all compliance certificates are received.
Follow up and ensure all snags are completed timeously.
Requirements :
Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Building and/or Quantity Surveying.
4 years Project Management experience
Experience in QSR and Retail projects preferred.
Expert Email, Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
