Requirements:
IT Degree/Diploma with PMP or equivalent certification.
10+ years in IT, including 5+ years in software development.
Proven track record managing full SDLC projects, ideally in
Financial Services or
Insurance*. Strong Agile/Scrum experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence*. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Solid business and financial acumen with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Skills:
Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
MS Dynamics 365 knowledge.
Strong facilitation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
An analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
