A BSc/BEng or BTech in Civil Engineering
Professional registration with the Engineering Council of
South Africa (ECSA)is advantageous
Minimum five (5) years relevant project management
experience within a Built Environment
Experience in Construction and Site supervision is advantageous
Prepared to work in different geographic locations
Valid driver's license with own vehicle.
Key Performance Areas
Manage, administer, implement and review contracts and projects.
Coordinate all aspects of the procurement of goods and/
or services including the preparation of specifications and
contract documentation, tendering and award processes
Performing contract management functions in line with the
relevant City guidelines and directives
Monitor and maintain the Implementation Program Risk
Identification and Response Matrix
Facilitate and coordinate communication and flow of
information within the Branch
Respond to enquiries and requests for services from clients
Manage subordinate staff within the section.
Comply with legislative, administrative and reporting requirements
