Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team with primary focus on Business Applications.
Working with clients and internal teams within Advania, the Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery and assurance of ERP/CE project deliveries into our client spaces to scope, time, budget and quality.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of projects
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans
Manage project budget
Manage project resource allocation
Track project deliverables and issues using appropriate tools
Provide direction and support to project team
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Contribute to deals and proposals, where required, at the pre-sales stage
Lead concurrent projects with different aims and stakeholders
Ability to act as a mentor to less experienced Project Manager's within the team
Ability to drive forward internal initiatives to further mature the PM&G capabilities
As the company and portfolios expand be able to take on responsibility for a sub-section of a portfolio
Qualifications & Experience:
The right candidate for the role will have:
5-years or more project management experience with 2-years or more delivering Microsoft Dynamics Projects.
Experience of managing concurrent projects
Ideally professional project management qualifications
