Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr. CPM)

Diploma in Project Management
or related field (e.g. Construction Management, Civil Engineering).
Minimum
5-10 years
relevant experience in project planning, coordination, and execution within the construction or built environment.
Strong knowledge of project life cycle, budgeting, resource management, and stakeholder engagement.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, if required.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
Manage project scope, timelines, costs, risks, and quality assurance across all phases.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and consultants.
Ensure all project activities comply with SACPCMP and other applicable legislative and regulatory frameworks.
Track progress using project management tools and report to senior stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise.
Prepare and present project documentation, including reports, risk assessments, and close-out documents.
Monitor compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards on site.
