Qualification, Experience and Competencies



Bachelor's degree in project management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Project Management Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent (preferred). Additional training or certification in Agile, Scrum, or Digital Transformation methodologies will be advantageous. Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, with a strong focus on digital transformation or technology deployment within the aftermarket, industrial, or related sectors. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and successfully delivering complex digital projects from initiation to completion. Experience working in customer-centric environments, with a strong understanding of how digital tools can enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Familiarity with data governance, digital platforms, and agile methodologies is highly advantageous.

Ability to align project execution with broader business goals, including digital transformation and revenue growth targets.

Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviours, with a commitment to delivering value through digital solutions.

Skilled in guiding teams and stakeholders through digital change, fostering adoption and minimizing resistance. *

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
